The students of gps were awestruck and inspired by the visit of Steve Boon and his wife, Paula Boon on Friday. Mr. Boon is the founder of the Marathon Club comprising 50 states of USA and was in Kerala to take part in the Spice Coast Marathon scheduled for 16th Nov, 2015.

The 65 year old Boon is a veteran in running marathons and has successfully partaken in 619 marathons! He spoke on the benefits of marathons and how the same have now become strong symbols of healthy living, unity and communion.
