Global Public School conducted an innovative and interesting art experiential workshop,” Cell and I ‘’ by “The Stillness Project” of the Kochi Muziris Biennale on 12th and 13th January 2017 in its campus.

Under the aegis of renowned artist, writer and poet, Ms. Anuradha Nalapat, the workshop inspired the students on an inward journey into the uniquely alive landscape of the infinite potential and Autopoietic nature of the cell. In addition to the students of Global Public School, other students from The High Range School, Munnar also participated in this workshop.

The unique workshop inspired the participants to introspect and assess how experiences affect one’s outlook in life. The children were urged to embark on a journey in search of lassoing one’s soul, a joyous journey of revelations wherein the human cell is seen an amalgamation of science, art, drama and nature.

The workshop witnessed remarkable installations by the children focusing on their individual interpretations of “Cell and I”. These installations are under the auspices of the Art By Children Project and part of the ongoing Kochi Muziris Biennale.

The efforts and dedication of Global Public School was recognized by a Kochi Muziris Biennale which issued a certificate to the effect.
