IT Support Executive– Hardware & Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Support Executive to maintain and support our school’s IT infrastructure, including Smartboards, networks, lab machines, and digital hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot Smartboards, networks, and lab equipment.
Support events with visual media setups (presentations, live streams).
Ensure regular data backups and secure storage of school records.
Provide daily support for digital hardware and resolve technical issues.
Manage IT inventory and coordinate equipment replacements.
Respond to staff queries and offer training on systems/software.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. CCNA certification preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in IT support (preferably in education).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Chrome OS, Smartboard technology, and network administration.
