The week-long trip to Japan in December, was a wonderful experience for the students of Grade 8 and 9 as they explored various places such as the Imperial Palace, Tokyo tower, Tokyo University, Cup Noodles museum, Doll museum, Toyota factory, Rinkai Disaster Prevention Park and the National museum of Emerging Science and Innovation.

Our children happily joined in the various academic, cultural and creative activities put up at the Daito High school where they spent a day. They also enjoyed the shopping spree at Harajuku and Akhihabara.

The highlight of the trip was the homestay with a Japanese family which gave them a peek into the rich tradition, culture and food of Japan.

It truly was a memorable experience.
