Campus Safety

Safety & Security

This policy sets out how our campus stays secure around the clock — visitor check-ins, gated entry, night patrols, CCTV oversight, and dedicated committees for child and women safety. It shows how our security team, staff and administrators work together to keep the school protected, welcoming and free from disruption.

  • Wellbeing & Conduct

    Anti-Bullying, Ragging & Sexual Harassment

This policy defines exactly what constitutes bullying, ragging and sexual harassment — including cyber and social forms — and explains how incidents are reported, investigated and resolved. It also details the support in place: counselling, peer groups, confidential reporting channels and clear disciplinary consequences.

  • Child Protection

    Safeguarding & Child Protection

Our approach to protecting every child in our care. It introduces our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), explains how staff are trained to recognise signs of abuse or neglect, and describes the step-by-step reporting procedure — including how we coordinate with Child Welfare Committees and law enforcement. Online safety, parent partnership and staff responsibilities are all covered.

  • Feedback & Governance

    Raising a Concern or Complaint

The simple, confidential path any complaint can take — starting with the class teacher and, if needed, escalating to the Coordinator, Principal or Board of Trustees. It also covers alternative channels: a complaint box, dedicated email addresses, walk-in reporting and access to school counsellors. Every complaint is handled promptly, fairly and in confidence.

  • Academic

    Language Policy

How GPS International builds strong multilingual learners across Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A Levels. English is the primary medium of instruction, with additional options in French, Hindi and Malayalam — giving students a balance of international, national and regional fluency to carry into a global future.
