Karthika Devadas participated in The Natwar Gopikrishna National Award, one of the most famous competitions held by All India Dancer’s Association, which hosts many festivals  all over India and abroad. She won the Narthaki Puraskar in the All India competition of Dance and Music which was held between 7th-9th November. 

She also won first prize in Bharatanatyam as well as Folk Dance and second prize in Mohiniyattam.
