gpsites performed exceptionally well in the Ernakulam District Junior and Sub Junior Swimming Championship held in Kothamangalam on 16th and 17th April, 2016.

Individual Champions were Liyana Fathima and Akash Abraham.
Girls group 3- 2nd in Medley Relay (Nandini, Eesha, Liyana and Ayeisha)
Girls Group 3 -1st in Freestyle Relay ( Nandini, Eesha, Liyana and Ayeisha)
Girls Group 2- 3rd in 4100 Medley Relay ( Aleeza, Miriam, Diya, Aaliyah) Girls Group 2 3rd in 4100 m freestyle relay ( Aleeza, Miriam, Divya, Aaliyah)
Boys Group 4- 2nd in Medley Relay ( Manav, Raghav, Guru and Alwin)
Raghav- 3rd in backstroke.
Eesha-2nd in 100 Mtr backstroke, 2nd in 50 m freestyle and 2nd in 200m individual medley.
Ayeisha- 2nd 200 mtr freestyle , 3rd in 200 m individual medley, 3rd in 50 m butterfly
Maitreya- 2nd in 50m breaststroke &?3rd in 50m Butterfly
Akash -3rd in breaststroke , 1st in 50 m backstroke & 50 m freestyle
Adhvika- 2nd backstroke
Aleeza-3rd in 200m backstroke , 3rd in 50 m backstroke, 2nd in 100 backstroke
Liyana -1st in 100 m butterfly and 100 m freestyle and 1st in 50 m and 100 m butterfly stroke
Achintya- 1st in 100 m backstroke
Chirantan-3rd in 400m freestyle
Aaliya-2nd in butterfly stroke, 3rd in breaststroke
Samuel- 2nd in 50 m freestyle & 2nd in 50 m butterfly

With a total of 31 medals, 13 students have been selected to participate in the State Level Swimming Championship to be held in Thiruvananthapuram from May 27th to 29th.
