On 07^th July 2022 in a solemn gathering at the Purackal Joseph Memorial Auditorium, Global Public School Thiruvaniyoor, inducted 42 students into its student council.

The Chief Guest of the ceremony Mr. Sunil J Mathew, Sporting Director, Indian Blind Football Federation & Head Coach, Indian Blind Football team addressed the newly selected council. He inspired the young leaders to swim against the tide and see each hurdle as an opportunity, by sharing his experience of how he has been coaching a team of blind students to represent for India in the international arena.

The guest of honour, young 13-year-old Ms. Anagha Ratish, a noted Author spoke about finding inspiration in everything. 

Mrs. Lakshmi Ramachandran, Advisor to the Chairman & Board of Trustees spoke on the occasion. Principal Ms Saritha Jayaraj administered the oath to the council members.

School Pupil Leader, Rhea Ellen Paul, Deputy School Pupil Leader, Shaurya Vasant, as well as all other members of the council took their oaths in the presence of School Chairman, Mr. P. Jacob; Director, Mr. Johan Jacob; other dignitaries, parents, teachers and school mates.
