Students of Grade 3, 4, 5 went for a field trip to the Nutmeg Greens Estate, Ezhattumugham in November. The children saw turkeys, ducks, swans, hens, goats, rabbits, hamsters, puppies etc as they strolled around the sprawling estate lush with evergreen trees like Nutmeg and Rubber as well as myriad varieties of flora. The trip to the organic farmhouse as well as the sumptuous organic food served there was a rejuvenating experience for the children, teachers as well as parents who had accompanied the group.
