On Thursday,8th June 2017, students of Grades 9 to 12 were inspired by an impressive talk by Ms.Serena Tharakan, a 21 year old student of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University. Besides winning various international research competitions and publishing her work in the Journal of Vascular Surgery, this aspiring doctor has developed a medical device that increases the success rate of vascular surgeries. She has a patent pending for this device.

She urged everyone to “Start Thinking” and “Start Acting”.
