Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Support Executive to maintain and support our school’s IT infrastructure, including Smartboards, networks, lab machines, and digital hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Smartboards, networks, and lab equipment.
  • Support events with visual media setups (presentations, live streams).
  • Ensure regular data backups and secure storage of school records.
  • Provide daily support for digital hardware and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage IT inventory and coordinate equipment replacements.
  • Respond to staff queries and offer training on systems/software.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. CCNA certification preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in IT support (preferably in education).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Chrome OS, Smartboard technology, and network administration.
