Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Support Executive to maintain and support our school’s IT infrastructure, including Smartboards, networks, lab machines, and digital hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot Smartboards, networks, and lab equipment.
- Support events with visual media setups (presentations, live streams).
- Ensure regular data backups and secure storage of school records.
- Provide daily support for digital hardware and resolve technical issues.
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate equipment replacements.
- Respond to staff queries and offer training on systems/software.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. CCNA certification preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in IT support (preferably in education).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Chrome OS, Smartboard technology, and network administration.
