Students of Global Public School, Kochi did their bit to spread joy and peace this festive season by spearheading various charity events on 22nd December 2016 before closing for their Christmas break.

To make Christmas more memorable for the adopted CMS School Kanam, Kottayam, the students of Global Public School gave goodie bags comprising stationery items to the children of CMS School.

The students also gifted hampers of basic necessities such as toiletries, non-perishable food items and stationery to the inmates of Capernaum Charitable Trust, Pachalam, a home for the destitute and special needs women and children.

As an act of compassion, some students of Global Public School visited the Oncology wing of the Ernakulam General Hospital and handed over a cheque to a young cancer patient there.

A sale of vegetables organically grown in the school campus was organized, the proceeds of which went to charity. Similarly, a Bake and Sale of delectable goodies was also held for charity.
