Sunita Jose, a career counsellor and happiness coach from ‘Consilium,’ conducted a session on Self-discovery for students in grades 8, 9, and 11 on 09 June 2023. The session involved interactive activities and introspective exercises that helped students recognize their inherent interests and values. They were motivated to ponder over their values and develop a greater level of self-awareness.
