Jean Batchlor, Principal Examiner of Food & Nutrition, Cambridge University visited and interacted with the Food & Nutrition students of Grades 9 & 10, GPS-International on 4th August 2016. The interactive session began with our students sharing recipes ranging from pesto sauce to samosas. Ms. Jean, discussed methods and shared tips to convert low skill dishes into high skills ones. The session turned out to be highly informative and fruitful as she also elaborated on how best to approach the Food and Nutrition Cambridge examinations.
