Congratulations to Atman Rajesh, a sharp-witted and eminent wordsmith who never fails to update his grey matter. He was one among the five finalists across India in the EduWeave : Online Education Expo’s Inspire Talk Contest 2021. It is the first virtual and the only largest parent-led online education expo in the country. Inspire Talk is one of the three signature events organised by the BSEI to support the children and educators as they compete to win the coveted titles at Educator Speak, Inspire Talk and Social Impact Projects. “Maximum Effort” is the magic phrase that put Atman Rajesh of Grade 10 B, in a mindset where he has convinced himself that there is nothing to lose. This is the same mindset he had when writing his essay for EduWeave : Online Education Expo’s Inspire Talk contest 2021 which is India’s first virtual and the only largest parent led education expo. The topic provided was “Empathy”, and a two months period was given to write a thousand-word essay on it. Atman had all the reasons to connect his thoughts, moods and experiences with this topic. His inspiration was his friend who fractured his leg and he himself who helped him with his school work. Two weeks after submission he came out as one of the finalists along with the other 4 students from various schools in India. In the finals, he had to speak five minutes on the same topic. This competition gave Atman an exposure to a large demographic of students of his age group, and their varying styles. .
