The field trip to The Modern Bread factory, Edapally on two consecutive day (9th and 10th February) was indeed an informative session for the students on grade 6.

The Quality Control Assistant at the factory interacted with the students and acquainted them with the process of bread making and the safety and hygiene rules adhered to.

The students were delighted to see the different processes such as the kneading of flour in huge machines, the fermentation process, baking, cooling, slicing and packing of bread.s They even bought freshly baked bread from the factory to take home!
