Bronze Honour at The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

We are delighted to announce that Mazin Shafiq Ahmed of Grade X, GPS International (AY 2024–25), and Mehar Kaur of AS Level (AY 2025–26) have been awarded the Bronze Award from the The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is a globally recognised youth development programme that encourages young people to build essential life skills, improve their physical fitness, embrace adventure, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Achieving the Bronze Award is a commendable accomplishment that reflects dedication, perseverance, and consistent effort. Through their commitment and hard work, Mazin and Mehar have successfully met the programme’s challenging requirements and can now proudly wear their Bronze Award.We are also pleased to share that Mazin is currently pursuing DP1 at GPS Brookes, continuing his academic journey with the same determination and enthusiasm.Heartiest congratulations to both students on this well-deserved achievement!
